A recent issue with the popular e-commerce platform Shopify has been causing problems for customers trying to connect with the shipping service ShipStation. According to reports, buyers’ notes are not being properly transferred from Shopify to ShipStation, leaving customers unable to access important information.The issue was first reported by a Shopify customer on the company’s official forum. The customer, who goes by the username “My expectation”, wrote that they had been unable to access notes from buyers when using the Shopify app to connect with ShipStation.The issue has been confirmed by both Shopify and ShipStation. In a statement, Shopify said that they are “aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.” ShipStation also released a statement, saying that they are “working closely with Shopify to ensure that all customer notes are properly transferred.”The issue has been causing problems for customers who rely on the notes from buyers to process orders.
